Lourêdo Bridge

The Lourêdo Bridge is a structure that is rarely used today, but for centuries it served those who wanted to travel between Ribeira de Pena and Cerva, linking Seixinhos to Vilarinho, and, along with the Póvoa Bridge, was the only safe way to cross the Lourêdo River. Of probable medieval origin, as evidenced by the Gothic structure and the antiquity of the road it serves, it still preserves a bucolic landscape that surrounds it, only broken up by the recently built motorway viaducts.
