March 23-31 | Alto Tâmega e Barroso Tourist Office hosts “Water & Easter” exhibition

Tomorrow, March 23rd, the Alto Tâmega e Barroso Tourist Office will open the temporary exhibition “Water & Easter”, which will be on display until March 31st.

The theme of this exhibition fits in with the Easter period we are currently going through, with the pieces (Pias de Cabeceira) being provided by the Casa Museu dos Candeias, and aims to highlight the religious tradition practiced in the homes of Alto Tâmega e Barroso, thus revealing the sacred importance that WATER had, and continues to have, for families in the region.
