TOURISM 4.0 | Creative Laboratories for the collaborative creation of new composite tourism products start next week
Idealize, define and build in a collaborative way a new tourism offer composed (multi-operator) for Alto Tâmega and Barroso, involving operators and tourism partners of the region, is the main goal of Creative Laboratories that the project Turismo Alto Tâmega 4.0 will promote from November 7th (Monday), in a joint initiative of CIMAT, AquaValor and AE Corgo.
After the intense work done in June and July with the Business Training Cycle, which included a set of training actions (presential and online) oriented to those who are the New Challenges of Tourism, the Alto Tâmega Tourism 4.0 project, now proposes to the tourism sector of the region, to join in the Creative Labs to collaboratively devise, define and build creatively and innovatively, a new tourism offer composed (multi-operator) to Alto Tâmega and Barroso.
It is already next Monday, November 7th, that the first of a set of four Webinars and 12 Creative Laboratories will be launched. The objective is to involve the territory’s development agents and the public and private tourism sector, in the process of conceiving, creating and applying new programming and structuring models for tourism products, with differentiated characteristics that are innovative, interactive and attractive to the national and international market.
The methodology of implementation of Creative Labs is based on 2 models of intervention, with moments of online work and presential work sessions (calendar below), along which will be worked in a transversal way, the tourism products identified in the Strategic Plan of Alto Tâmega Tourism: Heritage and Art, Mountains and Rivers, Villages and Traditions, Landscape Roads, Spa and SPA, Sports and Adventure and Gastronomy, Water and Wines.
