Santa Comba Viewpoint

It is from here that you can get magnificent, wide-ranging views over the surrounding mountains of Trás-os-Montes, as well as over a large part of the districts of Vila Real and Bragança. Paragliding competitions are also possible. The Santa Comba mountain range has an elevation of 1041 metres. This parish is proud to be the setting for one of the most beautiful legends in the history of Portuguese literature: the Lenda de Santa Comba dos Vales.
