Environmental Education Center of Lagoa do Alvão

The Alvão Reservoir is fed by the Torno River and its banks are home to birch, willow, alder and maritime pine trees. At the Environmental Education Centre, you can learn more about who lives here through a recreational and educational exhibition about the classified ecosystems and the most emblematic species, where equipment and guides are available to help you observe nature.
