Ribeira de Pena | Wild Boar Riding

The Municipality of Ribeira de Pena is organising a wild boar ride, which will take place in the town of Santa Marinha on 28 December, reinforcing the importance of local traditions and cultural and sporting activities in the region.

Participants are scheduled to gather at 8am in the porch of Santa Marinha, the starting point for this initiative that combines socialising and contact with nature.

The event has the support of the Ribeira de Pena Hunting and Fishing Club, the parish councils of Cerva and Limões, Salvador and Santo Aleixo de Além Tâmega, and Santa Marinha, as well as the Santa Marinha Association.

The mount is open to the whole community and all those interested are invited to take part.
