Painting exhibition by Mariana Dias to be part of “Our Artists” cycle in October

The Multipurpose Room of the Chaves Municipal Library is hosting a new painting exhibition, this time by the creative Mariana Dias, which will be part of the “Our Artists” cycle. Scheduled to open on Wednesday 4 October at 5.30pm, the exhibition, entitled “Pieces of Me”, will be open to the public until 27 October.

If art is the expression of truth, “Pieces of Me” represents the author’s life journey, shown on canvas in long, smooth brushstrokes, harmoniously combined with soft colours.

The exhibition, organized by the municipality, is free to enter and can be visited from Monday to Friday, from 09.30 to 13.00 and 14.00 to 18.00, and Saturday from 09.30 to 13.00.
