Montalegre | ‘SER+’ Solidarity Campaign

Until 13 December, another edition of the ‘SER+’ solidarity campaign is taking place, an initiative carried out by the Montalegre Commission for the Protection of Children and Young People (CPCJ).
The campaign – which aims to collect books and toys to give to the most disadvantaged children and young people in the municipality – involves the collaboration of the Municipality of Montalegre (through the Montalegre Municipal Library), the Day Care Centre of the Santa Casa da Misericórdia de Montalegre, the Cabril Social and Parish Centre, the Montalegre Health Centre and the Salto Parish Council.
This activity is supported by the provision of the Municipal Library’s facilities as a logistics centre for collection, sorting, sanitising and packaging, as well as for transporting the gifts to the recipients in the Municipality of Montalegre.
