Montalegre | III Património Enogastronómico – Confraternities

The third edition of the Património Enogastronómico event, with the theme ‘Gastronomy and Emotions’, promises to offer a unique multi-sensory experience next weekend at the Montalegre Multipurpose Pavilion.
It will be attended by the country’s prestigious gastronomic and oenophile confraternities, including the National Milk Confraternity, which will be holding its 13th Enthronement Chapter. These organisations will bring not only their ancestral knowledge, but also practical demonstrations and tastings that celebrate the richness of Portuguese traditions. Each confraternity will present its rituals and emblematic products, creating a unique dialogue between the past and present of Portuguese gastronomy.
