Montalegre | 100th anniversary of Bento da Cruz

The Municipality of Montalegre is presenting a special programme for 22 February, this Saturday, the 100th birthday of the illustrious writer from Barros, Bento da Cruz.
It’s a day to honour a unique figure, a writer of a vast and unique work of universal value, with a sensitive and deeply human outlook that made an invaluable contribution to the community and municipality he loved so much.
