Masks

From 5 February to 18 March, the Ecomuseu de Barroso – Espaço Padre Fontes, in Montalegre, will be hosting an art exhibition by the students of O Atelier.bc.

During the month of January at O Atelier.bc, classes were dedicated to making masks using everyday materials, thus emphasising the importance of giving materials a new life before recycling them.

With this exhibition we wanted to celebrate Shrovetide, which takes place on 13 February, and raise awareness of the importance of reusing materials (before discarding them).
