Chaves | “Easter Concert” – Braga Philharmonic Orchestra

The Municipality of Chaves is offering Flavians the traditional “Easter Concert” by the Braga Philharmonic Orchestra (OFB), conducted by Filipe Cunha from Braga. The programme of liturgical classical music stands out for its joy and spirit, and will include works by Mozart (1756-1791), Haendel (1685-1759), Bach (1685-1750) and Haydn (1732-1809). The concert also features a guest soloist – Liliana Nogueira (Soprano), who will perform various arias, including the work “Exsultate Jubilate”, composed at the age of 17 by Mozart, and premiered in Milan in the winter of 1773.
