26th Linen Fair

From 30 July to 2 August 2026, Ribeira de Pena will once again celebrate one of its most iconic traditions with the 26th Linen Fair – Town Festivities. Over four days, the town will be the setting for cultural events, music, ethnography, tradition and entertainment for all ages.

The 26th Linen Fair will reach its climax with the Linen Fair Parade, scheduled for 30 July, which precedes the official opening of the event on 31 July. The parade returns in a new guise, with surprising new features, reaffirming the importance of this tradition and helping to promote the cultural heritage linked to linen.
