Vilarinho de Negrões

Located near the Alto Rabagão reservoir, it is one of the most peculiar and picturesque villages in northern Portugal. Almost totally surrounded by water, it stands out for its incomparable beauty. Forming a perfect reflection in the waters of the dam, the village sees itself in the mirror every day. Whoever passes by there cannot remain indifferent to this piece of land, which was a finalist in the 7 Wonders of Portugal – Riverside Villages and which has stubbornly remained unscathed by the rising waters.
