Barroso Ecomuseum – Captain’s House

The Casa do Capitão (Captain’s House) is the most ethnographic museum centre of the Barroso Ecomuseum, with a collection of more than 1,000 items, all donated by the inhabitants of the parish. Housed in an old manor house that belonged to the village captain, it represents a visit to a typical house in Barroso.
