Wicked

Cinema (M6) | ‘Wicked’, the untold story of the witches of Oz, stars Cynthia Erivo as Elphaba, a young woman misunderstood because of her unusual green skin who has yet to discover her true power, and Ariana Grande as Glinda, a popular young woman, gifted by privilege and ambition, who has yet to discover her true heart. The two meet as students at the University of Shiz, in the fantastic Land of Oz, and forge an unlikely but profound friendship. After an encounter with the Marvellous Wizard of Oz, their friendship comes to a crossroads and their lives take very different paths.

This enchanting story will be shown next Friday, 20 December, in two sessions, at 4pm and 9pm, at the Luís Teixeira Art and Culture Auditorium.
