Valpaços | Walk for the Heart

It’s Heart Month, and as is now tradition, the Afectos Project, organised by Valpaços Town Council, invites the whole community to come together for a day of health, exercise and, above all, plenty of love!

Let’s fill the streets with colour and solidarity, raising awareness of the importance of a healthy lifestyle and active ageing.

Who can take part? Everyone! Young people, children, older people… Let’s walk hand in hand for the heart!
