Montalegre | National Paragliding Championship

The Serra do Larouco, in the municipality of Montalegre, is hosting another competition for the National Paragliding Championship. It takes place from 21 to 27 July. This is an FAI (International Aeronautical Federation) CAT2 (category 2) event where the national champion will be defined. The event – organised by Land For and with the support, among others, of the Municipality of Montalegre – also has an OPEN (International) classification. There are 170 riders registered from 28 countries for a limit of 150 riders. So far 42 riders from 8 countries have been confirmed. The organisation is expecting between 80 and 90 riders to take part.
