There are places where the landscape becomes a memory and photography invites us to look beyond the obvious.

The Barroso Ecomuseum – Espaço Padre Fontes, in Montalegre, presents *Limiar*, a photography exhibition by João Flambó, on display from 5 September to 15 November 2026.

Through a series of images characterised by aesthetic sensitivity and the power of the landscape, the artist invites us to reflect on spaces of transition, boundaries and the connections between nature, culture and human experience. Each photograph is an invitation to cross a threshold: between the real and the symbolic, between observation and contemplation.
