IX Chestnut Festival in Cerva

The 9th edition of the Chestnut Festival is scheduled to take place at the Cerva market on Sunday 12th November at 3pm.

The programme is full of entertainment, with the presentation of the Sta Casa da Misericórdia de Cerva and the presentation of the groups “Vale das Montanhas”, “Os Leais do Cavaquinho” and “Raízes do Póio”.

At the market you’ll find various exhibitors with the best local products. And to celebrate, there will be roasted chestnuts and pork on the spit.

This event is organised by the Cerva and Limões Parish Council and has the support of the Ribeira de Pena Municipality.
