The third edition of the Cod Gastronomic Festival has 62 participating restaurants

Of which 26 are taking part in this year’s Gastronomic Competition

Between 1 and 5 May, a panel of judges will assess the more than 40 dishes in the competition, in the categories of “Best Starter”, “Best Main Dish”, “Best Traditional Dish”, “Young Talent” and “Gastronomic Innovation”.

In addition to the jury prizes, the public is also called upon to choose the best restaurant in the competition, with the award of the “Public Prize”.
