Chaves | Bringing Joy to the Years – ‘Musical Ferry’ Music Group

Aimed at fostering a proactive mindset, this Sunday gathering features musical entertainment from the ‘Musical Ferry’ Music Group, promoting an increasingly active and engaged community, with plenty of fun and joy thrown in.
Empowering different generations to promote solidarity, cooperation and respect for the different needs and potential associated with each age group contributes to the social construction of active and healthy ageing. People who engage in positive activities feel better about themselves and their world, and are better able to cope with illness, stress and other difficulties.
The “Healthy Ageing” project forms part of the Alto Tâmega Pact for Development and Territorial Cohesion, promoting social gatherings and themed celebrations throughout the year.
