Town Hall – Casa do Morgado de Vilar de Perdizes

Neoclassical in style, this house of noble origin, which was intended as a manor house and residence for the Morgado de Vilar de Perdizes, António de Souza Pereira Coutinho, began to be built in the first half of the 19th century, without being completed for that purpose.
Magnificent building with a rectangular plan characterized by the sobriety of the facades, consisting of three floors and an attic, which would be acquired, in 1861, by the City Council, where the Town Hall is still located.
