In the heart of Trás-os-Montes, there is an extensive mountainous region of stunning natural beauty, known since Roman times for the excellence of its mineral springs. It is here, in the valley of the beautiful spa town of Vidago, that the Campilho Spring emerges, a water known since 1882.
This mineral water was exploited for the first time in 1895, and the imposing palace remains from that time, the original testimony of the bottling workshop, which can be visited by prior appointment.
