Cabriz Hillfort
por pessoa
Close to the village of the same name, it stands on the hill of Alto do Castelo, above the river Póio. This settlement has been occupied since the Copper Age, around 5,000 years ago. Its occupation, however, extended into Roman times, when it extended beyond its walls along the western slope, giving rise to the settlement of Couçadoiro. This settlement was inhabited until at least the first centuries of the Middle Ages.
