Chaves | Alto Tâmega and Barroso Tourist Office hosts exhibition “Vilar de Perdizes – Haunted Village”
Between 22 and 31 October, the Alto Tâmega and Barroso Tourist Office (PTAT) will host the exhibition “Vilar de Perdizes – Haunted Village”, an initiative promoted by the Intermunicipal Community of Alto Tâmega and Barroso (CIMAT) in collaboration with the Municipality of Montalegre and the Association for the Promotion of the Heritage of Vilar de Perdizes.
The exhibition is part of the campaign to promote and publicise Halloween in Vilar de Perdizes, a tradition that attracts visitors every year to the mythical village in Barroso, known for its legends, mysteries and symbolism linked to the occult world.
To recreate the characteristic atmosphere of the season, the Association for the Promotion of the Heritage of Vilar de Perdizes has contributed natural pumpkins and themed decorative elements to this exhibition, transforming the exhibition space into an immersive setting that evokes the spirit of Halloween.
The PTAT, located on Alameda do Tabolado, in Chaves, is open Monday to Sunday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. We look forward to your visit!
