Despite being a figure very associated to the municipality of Montalegre, all the work developed in the various themes and, specifically, in tourism, has allowed to give visibility and recognition, not only to this municipality, as to others belonging to the territory of Alto T\u00e2mega and Barroso.<\/p>\n
Therefore, given the contribution for the touristic development of all the region, the Intermunicipal Community of Alto T\u00e2mega e Barroso (CIMAT) will distinguish Father Fontes as Ambassador of Alto T\u00e2mega e Barroso, becoming thus the third to integrate this net.<\/p>\n
