{"id":5194,"date":"2022-07-06T10:48:09","date_gmt":"2022-07-06T10:48:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/visitaltotamega.com\/turismo-4-0-a-experiencia-gastronomica-como-cartao-de-visita-do-turismo-regional-foi-a-tematica-da-7a-acao-de-capacitacao-valpacos\/"},"modified":"2023-04-02T16:19:38","modified_gmt":"2023-04-02T16:19:38","slug":"turismo-4-0-a-experiencia-gastronomica-como-cartao-de-visita-do-turismo-regional-foi-a-tematica-da-7a-acao-de-capacitacao-valpacos-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/visitaltotamegaebarroso.pt\/en\/turismo-4-0-a-experiencia-gastronomica-como-cartao-de-visita-do-turismo-regional-foi-a-tematica-da-7a-acao-de-capacitacao-valpacos-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Tourism 4.0 | &#8220;The Gastronomic Experience as a Visiting Card for Regional Tourism&#8221; was the theme of the 7th Training Action -Valpa\u00e7os"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Took place this Monday, 4th of July, the 7th training action of the tour operators of the region, foreseen in Alto T\u00e2mega Project &#8211; Tourism 4.0, with the theme &#8220;The Gastronomic Experience as a Visit Card of the Regional Tourism&#8221;, in Quinta D.\u00aa Adelaide, in Valpa\u00e7os.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The session had as objectives: to understand the impact of the gastronomic experience in all dimensions of the touristic experience of the territory and to reflect about the &#8220;path&#8221; that goes from the excellence products to the excellence gastronomic service.<\/p>\n<p>This action had guest speakers: Ana Alves, representing the Regional Winegrowing Commission of Tr\u00e1s-os-Montes, and Jorge Velez, a businessman in the sector, accompanied by the representative of PENHAS &#8211; Consulting and Events.
