Today, the day dedicated to Alto T\u00e2mega e Barroso, a table of the region&#8217;s endogenous products was promoted, and over the next few days you&#8217;ll be able to taste other specialities from each of the six municipalities, as well as find out about the main events.<\/p>\n<p>Tomorrow will be dedicated to Chaves and Boticas, with tastings of the famous Pastel de Chaves and the promotion of the XXVII Boticas Pig Gastronomic Fair, followed by a gastronomic tasting.<\/p>\n<p>On Saturday, Montalegre will be tasting Barroso ham and other local products, followed by Ribeira de Pena with a wine tasting.<\/p>\n<p>On the last day, Sunday, it will be Vila Pouca de Aguiar&#8217;s turn to present the \u2018Chestnut, Kid and Mushroom Gastronomic Exhibition\u2019 and taste products from the Terras de Aguiar, ending with a tasting of regional products from Valpa\u00e7os.<\/p>\n<p>The presence of Alto T\u00e2mega e Barroso at Xantar reaffirms the region&#8217;s commitment to promoting quality gastronomy and sustainable tourism, highlighting the cultural wealth and natural resources that make it a unique destination.<br \/>\nRepresenting CIMAT at the opening ceremony was Jorge Pires, Deputy Mayor of Valpa\u00e7os, who presented the region.
