A hand-built work of art, it depicts all the passages of Jesus&#8217; birth and contains representative elements of the city of Chaves, such as the Roman bridge of Trajan, the river T\u00e2mega and the Casa da Madalena. This crib also celebrates 800 years since the first crib was created by St Francis of Assisi in 1223.
