DESCRIPTION:\nThe exhibition, which is free to enter, can be visited from Monday to Friday, from 9.30 am to 1.00 pm and from 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm, and on Saturdays, from 9.30 am to 1.00 pm.\nA self-taught painter with roots in both Portugal and Cape Verde, Euclides Tavares has, from a very young age, focused on the beauty of nature and human social behaviour, questioning how we interact with the world around us. Always attentive and observant, he finds his greatest inspiration in the wonders of nature. Now retired, he divides his time between France and Portugal (Chaves). The creative arts have always been a part of his life, influenced by the many journeys he has undertaken. This is how his passion for acrylic painting was born — an art form in which each painting tells a story and seeks to convey an emotion.\nOrganised by: Chaves Municipal Council\n\n
