People who engage in positive activities feel better about themselves and their world, and are better able to cope with illness, stress and other difficulties.\nThe “Healthy Ageing” project forms part of the Alto Tâmega Pact for Development and Territorial Cohesion, promoting social gatherings and themed celebrations throughout the year.\nOrganised by: Municipality of Chaves\n
