DESCRIPTION:The ‘Santos’, as they are popularly known, are repeated annually when October ends and November begins. For a few days, the Feira dos Santos transforms the public space where it takes place and the reality of the location. What was once a space of passage, streets and squares with their respective residents and traders, becomes a space for socialising, filled with sounds, smells and movement. The city changes, bustles, dresses up for the party, the streets fill with crowds, and commerce and entertainment take over the city.
