People who experience positive activities feel better about themselves and their world, and cope better with illness, stress and other difficulties.\nThe ‘Healthy Ageing’ project is part of the Pact for the Development and Territorial Cohesion of Alto Tâmega, promoting themed events and celebrations throughout the year.\nOrganised by: Municipality of Chaves\n
