DESCRIPTION:With the aim of creating proactive attitudes, this Sunday meeting will feature musical entertainment from the ‘Music Star’ group, providing an increasingly active and participatory citizenship, with lots of fun and joy to boot.\nEmpowering the different generations to promote solidarity, co-operativism and respect for the different needs and potential associated with each age contributes to the social construction of active and healthy ageing. People who experience positive activities feel better about themselves and their world, and cope better with illness, stress and other difficulties.\nThe ‘Healthy Ageing’ project is part of the Pact for the Development and Territorial Cohesion of Alto Tâmega, promoting themed events and celebrations throughout the year.\nOrganised by: Municipality of Chaves\n
