DESCRIPTION:On the evening of 24 April, at 9.30pm, the Ribeira de Pena Municipal Auditorium will be the stage for an exciting piece of theatre, with free admission for anyone interested.\nThis theatre production will present a creative interpretation of José Saramago’s “The Night”, directed by Joaquim Jorge Carvalho.\nThe show will come to life through the energy and talent of a team of local actors, members of Ribeira de Pena’s educational community.\nAs well as providing an enriching cultural experience, this evening of theatre is also an opportunity to celebrate essential values, among them Freedom, Democracy and Peace, fundamental concepts for building a fair and inclusive society.\nJoin us on this special occasion to celebrate not only the art of theatre, but also the ideals that unite us as a community.\n
