SUMMARY:Montalegre | II Enogastronomic Heritage
DESCRIPTION:After the success of the inaugural year, Montalegre will once again host another edition of the Enogastronomic Heritage event between the 26th and 28th of this month.\nAn initiative that celebrates Portuguese gastronomy in all its aspects, taking Gastronomic Brotherhoods, Chefs, Researchers, Producers, Manufacturing Companies, Public Administration, and many other actors of Portuguese gastronomy to Montalegre. The entire event program – organized by the Associação Património Enogastronomico, Cultura e Tradição (PECT) in co-organization with the Municipality of Montalegre – is open to the general public.\nThe proposals include, among others, visiting the exhibitors’ stands, listening to the 18 planned lectures on Portuguese gastronomy, carrying out sensory tests of water, cod, chocolate, olive oil or potatoes and watching the showcookings.\n
