DESCRIPTION:The Nadir Afonso Museum of Contemporary Art (MACNA) is hosting the exhibition “DO METAL AO DIGITAL_DA MATÉRIA AO PIXEL” (FROM METAL TO DIGITAL_FROM MATTER TO PIXEL), which brings together works by 42 artists, including the Flavian Nadir Afonso, with 12 countries represented, spread across the continents of Europe, Asia, America and Oceania.\nCurated by Nuno Canelas, it will be open to the public from 3 February to 30 May, with the official opening scheduled for 10 February at 15:30.\nThe collection included in this exhibition has been specially chosen to reflect the evolution of printmaking from its beginnings to the digital age. It is a valuable testimony to the hybrid relationship that printmaking establishes with the new media.\n
