Transmonta Brass is more than just a name – it’s an energetic homage to its deep roots. This brass quintet brings together a group of musicians from Trás-os-Montes: Bruno Ribeiro on euphonium, Daniel Pereira on trombone, Mariana Borges and Mário Moreno on trumpet, and Vasco Gonçalves on horn.\nAfter studying together to become professional instrumentalists, they each followed their own path, standing out for their academic dedication – holding higher degrees in the teaching of their respective instruments. Now together, they share a fervent passion for musical excellence and a desire to promote the richness of chamber music. Today, Transmonta Brass stands as a collective musical force, ready to captivate audiences with the beauty and depth of its music.\n
