9 APRIL l ArtFest brings “Back to the Hits” to Boticas
The “Back to the Hits” Musical Group will perform this Saturday, 9th April, at Praça do Município, in Boticas.
This show inaugurates the ArtFest Project, promoted by the Intermunicipal Community of Alto Tâmega (CIMAT), which foresees the accomplishment of 48 moments of cultural promotion and animation of the territory, involving musical and theatre groups, folk dance groups and dance academies, supporting the cultural agents of the region which were strongly affected by the pandemic caused by COVID-19.
The Project (NORTE-04-2114-FEDER-000455) has as general objective the promotion and touristic valorisation of the cultural heritage of Alto Tâmega, and presents a net cultural program involving the 6 municipalities of Alto Tâmega (Boticas, Chaves, Montalegre, Ribeira de Pena, Valpaços e Vila Pouca de Aguiar), promoting the animation of cultural spaces (auditoriums, theatres, multipurpose rooms, multipurpose rooms and other enclosures of shows), as well as the municipal museums or museological spaces.
